SO THEY ARE WORRIED ABOUT THE CARNIVAL: This was the scene in Freeport at Port Lucaya as they turned on the Christmas Tree lights to start the season.  With a raging debate going on in Nassau about whether or not the carnival should be allowed to be held and the health officials obsessing about spreading covid, no one seemed the least concerned about the issue in Grand Bahama.
