JAMAICA THREATENS CARIBBEAN UNITY ON SG NOMINEE

The Government of Andrew Holness of Jamaica has announced without notifying his colleagues in Caricom that he has decided to back his Foreign Minister to be the next Secretary General of the Commonwealth.  This comes after he and other heads endorsed the incumbent Patricia Scotland for the job who is a Caricom candidate. This is a serious breach of good faith.
