Former Minister of State and Senator in the Foreign Office of Jamaica Delano Franklin died after battling a long illness on Thursday 9 February 2023. PLP Chair Fred Mitchell spoke with former Prime Minister P J Patterson in Jamaica to express his condolences on the part of the PLP in Nassau.
