FOUR AND HALF YEARS TO GO ASTWOOD BAILS ON THE PLP

There was genuine surprise to find on  the What’s App pages a photograph of Lewis Astwood a three time aspirant for office under the PLP, posing in a picture with Carl Culmer, the outgoing  Chairman of the Free National Movement. What on earth?  As Shakespeare wrote: what private griefs he had, alas, we know not.  But from a  logical point of view, you ask yourself why would someone who struggled to identify as a PLP and to become a candidate while in Opposition, choose six months into a five year term of a new and popular government to walk to the other side?  You go figure. The Lord of course works in mysterious ways.  His wonders to perform.
