best cialis times;”>Labour and Public Service Minister Shane Gibson moved a bill in the House of Assembly which will allow public servants to designate their beneficiary for the death benefit which comes upon their demise while an employee of the public service.  This will avoid having to go by probate to get the money.  The present system works hardship on poor families who have no money but are entitled  to the year’s salary at  the death of their loved ones but cannot access unless they go through an expensive and time consuming probate.  The new bill will allow the public servant in their lifetime to write a notarized letter to the Public Service saying who the beneficiary should be and that person upon the demise of the loved one can simply apply to collect it.  The bill passed the House on Wednesday 18 May.
