Maltese Davis who is a community  activist, artist and dance teacher, has revived the  Miss Fox Hill beauty pageant. It is a chance  for  young  women  to get exposure  to poise  and presentation. The judges  had  a look at the young  women  on Saturday 5 November after a float  parade  through  the streets  of Fox Hill. Mrs Jan  Davis who was  the previous  organizer of the pageant  is being  honoured and the pageant  is in memory  of  the four  Fox Hillians who were murdered  on Freedom  Park  on 27 December. Calvin Brown of Urban  Renewal Fox Hill represented  MP Fred Mitchell.
