I was taken aback by the look Fred portrayed during the recent road race in Bimini. Talk about being cautious.
Fred had on ankle support, knee support, elbow support and just in case he wore a boxers head gear. The head gear was in case he blacked out from the 1 mile he had to run.

Reports say he finished first in his age group. That’s not saying much as he was the only competitor in his age group. But, he came in 10th overall as he beat an old woman in a wheel chair whose wheel broke during the race and she did not finish. There were eleven persons including the wheel chair lady that started the race.

Kudos to Fred but that old running gear gats to go
