fmitchellNassau, Bahamas – Hon. Fred Mitchell MP Foreign Affairs and Immigration Minister:

With his passing I have lost one of my dearest friends, confidantes, mentors and supporters in Sir Albert Miller.

In the Freeport of old, that progressive and bustling city that was the “Magic City,” Sir Albert is the last man standing in the troika of St. George, Hayward and Miller and with his passing comes the end of a significant era in the life of this country and especially the city of Freeport.

May Almighty God bless him and all that he did to contribute to the public life of our country; to the success in business and to the success of our Royal Bahamas Police Force.

I shall miss him.
