PORT LUCAYA NOT OPEN

Peter Hunt, the owner and operator of the main touristic and shopping point in Freeport called Our Lucaya, was pissed off. He said that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and MP for East Grand Bahama was seeking to force him to open his premises before it was safe to do so and that he was not proposing to open the place until the insurers say it’s good to do so. Uh Oh. The white man speaketh, the great chief. We bet you won’t hear a peep from Peter Turnquest. You got it. The press went and asked Mr. Turnquest what he had to say about what Mr. Hunt had to say.  Nada. He had no comment.
