The two signature pieces for the Fox Hill Day are the plaiting of the May Pole and the climbing of the greasy pole. But the best part is the fellowship and renewed acquaintances. My old neighbour from Centreville who lives in Columbus, Ohio turned up. Her name is Sandra Woods. Also ftom Ohio is my friend Mario Simms in Long Island’s sister and her friend from Tennessee. The babies, mothers and children. Interesting time.
