Monday 26 august 2019 was the 19th anniversary of the death of the late Sir Lynden O Pindling, the father of the nation. Senator Fred Mitchell and his colleagues of the PLP joined Dame Marguerite Pindling at the mausoleum of Sir Lynden to remember him. Amongst those paying tributes were Bishops Ros Davis, Arnold Josey and Raymond Mackey. Chester Cooper, Deputy Leader of the PLP represented the party.
