Bahamar Moving Forward

The press reports that the Minister of Tourism Obie Wilchcombe, the Attorney General Allyson Maynard Gibson and Sir Baltron Bethel, Senior Policy Adviser to the Office of Prime Minister are to travel to Hong Kong to meet with the new owners of the Bahamar project.  The new owners want the first hotel rooms to be open to the public as soon as March 2017.  The Prime Minister says that 1000 jobs should come up in preparation for it in the first quarter of the year. So they have to step on it.  The new owners are Chai Tai Foo Jewellery Group Ltd
