BPL CANT KEEP THE STREET LIGHTS ON

The Government must address as quickly as possible the scandal which is unfolding on our streets where the power company cannot keep the street lights on and cannot repair the ones that are damaged. Montagu Beach Park is in pitch black darkness as is the Eastern Road leading to the Montagu Ramp.  The people who exercise out there in the morning, make their living on it have been complaining and nothing has been done,  What is with this power company?
