Bruce Walker Dies

Life is short.  It is unpredictable.  Death is even worse and of course it is a part of life.  We are sad to announce the death of Bruce Walker, late of the Beach and Parks Authority and formerly a Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Works.  What a nice man.  Gone too soon.
