Carolita Bethel Is The New Judge In The Shane Gibson Case

The intrepid Indra Charles, the Judge who tried to stop Parliament from speaking,  ducked taking on the case of Shane Gibson and sent it on to Bernard Turner.  Mr. Turner deferred as well and has now sent it on to Carolita Bethel.  There is a status hearing on 11 June 2019.  We hope that the Defence objects strenuously to Carolita Bethel hearing this matter and asks that she recuses herself forthwith.
