Foolish Decision By Privvy Council

This was circulated by the Court of Appeal in The Bahamas. What on earth?  This is the second time in living memory that Courts of The Bahamas have gagged pubic discussion about a case in our country.  No human rights activist had anything to say.  The press was utterly silent. This in a democratic society.
