Foreign Affairs Changes

Sheila Carey, the Permanent Secretary under Fred Mitchell is out and in is Donna Lowe who will act until the new one comes in. Rhoda Jackson, the now Ambassador to Geneva, is to take the top job in the Ministry shortly. The Government announced through its press spokesman Ace Newbold that 17 officers who have served their three year terms are to return to Nassau. This will be interesting to see. We will see who is untouchable and who is not.
