FOX HILL DAY

viagra usa viagra times;”>Fox Hill Day has been a separate celebration  since at least the 1880s.  It is the second Tuesday in the month of August, check one week after Emancipation Day. The Prime Minister Perry Christie has been coming very year since 1998.  It is a visit to the four Baptist Churches in the area St. Paul’s, St. Marks, Mt. Carey and Macedonia.  The children of Fox Hill from long ago and now today get their first opportunity on the public stage to present their talents at singing and recitation.  This year’s Fox Hill Day was dedicated to the late Paula Tynes, the wife of the Chair of the Fox Hill Festival Committee Maurice Tynes, who last year  did her recitations reprising her work that she did as a child.  It was to be her last year.  Sadly, she died in the ensuring year.  Accompanying the Prime Minister this year was Deputy Prime Minister Philip Davis, Fox Hill MP Fred Mitchell,  Minister for Financial Services Hope Strachan, Ambassador Picewell Forbes,  Parliamentary Secretary Cleola Hamilton.
