Fred Perpall On Fed Ex Board

MEMPHIS, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Board of Directors of FedEx Corporation (NYSE: FDX) today elected Fred Perpall as a director. The Board also appointed Mr. Perpall as a member of its Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees.
