GOOD NEWS ABOUT THE BUDGET

The Prime Minister Philip Davis gave a cautiously optimistic assessment of the budget at the mid-year.  He was giving the annually mandated midyear budget statement in the House of Assembly on Wednesday 9 March 2022.  One great statistic is that  revenues have grown to 60 per cent over what they were last year,  Last year we were in the middle of a pandemic.  But now the tourism figures are pointing in the right direction and with Dr. Hubert Minnis gone, the  confidence in the governance of the country has grown. Congratulations to the Prime Minister on his stewardship.
