HE DUTY OF A PLP OFFICER IN THIS CANDIDATE SELECTION

Letters have gone out now to all branches, it is time for them to start making their recommendations for those they wish to be the candidate for their areas.  The process is fractious but people who are officers of branches should be reminded that they had a duty to act fairly, not to fetter their discretion and to ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity to compete.
