Israel Vote Fails

The Bahamas joined the countries of the world in cosponsoring a resolution which would have caused an immediate ceasefire in Palestine where the Israeli government is involved in what Barbados; Prime Minister Mia Mottley has called televised genocide. The United States vetoed the resolution.
