IVAN JOHNSON’S PUNCH IS FOR SALE

Ivan Johnson, the founder and proprietor of the down market rag called The Punch, died suddenly and left his sisters to pick up the pieces.  The paper announced last week that it is biting the dust and will publish no more.  This should be an opportunity for someone to fill the market for gossip and transform the paper which was really a dinosaur with no on line presence into a marketing giant again.  Any takers.  The Punch is on the market.
