More Trouble For Fox Hill MP

The Court of Appeal heard the appeal of the Member of Parliament for Fox Hill Shonel Ferguson who was tossed out a building which she owned and which she fought to stay in over the objections of a Supreme Court order. The Court of Appeal said that her affidavit in support of staying didn’t make any sense and told the Bailiff to proceed with the eviction and for her to give up possession.
