MEETING WITH THE ACTING COMMISSIONER: Commissioner of Police Paul Rolle was in Dubai for the past week at an international police chief’s conference.  In his absence, the Deputy Commissioner of Police Clayton Fernander acted in his stead.  The photo of the Prime Minister Philip Davis and the Acting Commissioner was posted the Facebook page of the Prime Minister.
