Portia Simpson Miller Says Farewell To Jamaica

28 June Portia Simpson Miller, the former Prime Minister of Jamaica, resigned from Parliament in Jamaica.  She said farewell to the House in Jamaica.  He was lauded by colleagues in the House including Prime Minister Andrew Holness.  As she moves on, we wish her well.
