Hervis Bain, try the designer of the country’s national coat of arms died this morning.  Rev. Bain was the interim pastor at St. John’s Native Baptist Church.  The file photo shows Rev. Bain at far left with Fred Mitchell MP Fox Hill and Rev Philip Rahming on the right.  Rev. Bain was the designer of the National Coat of Arms and Rev. Rahming the author of the National Pledge.
