THE BREAKFAST PROGRAMME

The Prime Minister Philip Davis announced in his budget statement a national breakfast programme.  This is perhaps the most important initiative in the budget as far as we can tell. The fact is too many children go to school hungry and we must ensure that they at least get a good meal if their parents and they wish to get one, each morning.  We congratulate the Prime Minister on this programme.
