The Government’s Cash Flow Problems

You have to ask yourself what is this crew laughing at.  The country is in a sorry state. If you went by Potter’s Cay, the place is like a graveyard.  No customers. This came hard on the heels of the two murders there and police over reaction to it.  The vendors are in full revolt. Show the smiling pictures to the people who are owed in some cases millions of dollars by the government and cannot get paid.  This record does not mesh with the rosy picture that Peter Turnquest, the Minister of Finance tried to paint to the country on 29 May 2019 when he gave his budget statement in the House of Assembly.  The Dupuch family as in Etienne Dupuch Jr. is owed millions and cannot get paid by the Government. They are thinking of taking legal action to get their money.
