THE MID TERM DIAGNOSTIC FOR THE PLP

Chairman of the PLP Fred Mitchell has announced a diagnostic for all branches.  It is a self-evaluation. The idea is at this midterm all branches and MPS need to self-evaluate where we are and find out what progress or otherwise the PLP has made.  It is most important for the PLP to retool.  This is not the time to break any new ground.  We are done with the heavy lifting and now is the time to get going on the campaign for re-election.
