The Pandemic Shows The Weakness Of CARICOM

CARICOM has showed great weakness during this pandemic. This is a time when all the countries given the tourism issues should have one standard for entry into the region. Instead there is a mish mash of different rules and all countries are suffering as a result of it.  The CARICOM project needs a lot of work.
