Senator Fred Mitchell with Henry Dean at dinner in the Souk in Doha, Qatar opposite some engaging women who despite our reticence because they were fully veiled invited us to sit wanted to know where we were from. Thought we were from Cuba. Didn’t know where The Bahamas was. Alfred Sears showed them on a map. They ordered our dinner for us and paid the bill as well. Amazing. 29 October 2018
