U S Ambassador Has To Be Re-nominated

Turns out that due to a technical rules, the nomination of Doug Manchester to be Ambassador to The Bahamas for the US has had to be sent back to President Donald Trump for re-nomination.  Mr. Manchester claimed in his hearing that The Bahamas is a protectorate of the US.  His nomination advanced with all Democrats on the Foreign Relations Committee of the Senate voting against him.   Here we go again.
