Bank Of The Bahamas Fires Employees Over Michelle Reckly

There was in the waning days of the 2017 local government campaign a cheque going around which was designed to show a pattern of self-dealing by Kevin Ferguson, who was one of the few PLPs running for local government.  He lost.  The cheque did the damage.  The only point is the whole thing was a fake.  Mr. Ferguson and Michelle Reckly, the other injured party and an Assistant Secretary General of the PLP and recently dismissed Deputy Director of Urban Renewal in Freeport, complained to the Bank.  We now understand the matter has been turned over to the police and two individuals at the Bank of The Bahamas were dismissed.  There is some justice in the world.
