The hurricane is coming and after taking the contract from Smith’s Construction under the PLP and giving it to Waugh Construction under the FNM, three months have passed and the wall is no farther along than under Mr Smith. The residents are concerned about the storm surge and possible exposure. They also say businesses have been ruined because of the delay. So is it political because Smith’s Point is PLP?
