Is Minnis A Captive Of The Holoweskos?

This circulated on line after the new appointments to the Board of the Bahamas Power and Light Company were announced by the Government. The man on the left is Stephen Holowesko.  He is the fourth Holowesko including mother and daughters to be appointed to a  Board of the Bahamas Government under Hubert Minnis.
