PRIME PHILIP DAVIS: joined other Caricom leaders in Kingstown, St Vincent for a summit with President Nicholas Maduro over the Venezuelan President’s unlawful land grab of territory that is Guyana’s.  The summit took place on Thursday 14 Decenter 2023.  The two sides agreed that they would not use force to prosecute their various claims.
