The following voice note was issued by Senator Fred Mitchell, Chair of the PLP, about the deterioration of service by BTC, dropped call, overcrowded lines, bad internet service and denial of purchasing from local businesses and providers. He seeks regulatory review of BTC and says the PLP should be laser focused on improving BTC and telecommunications generally.
