Last week as Rev. Monsignor Preston Moss bid farewell to the people of St Anselm’s catholic Church in Fox Hill as their pastor, he announced that Rev. Noel Fr. Clarke is to be their new Rector. The appointment becomes effective 1st October. MP for Fox Hill Fred Mitchell welcomed the announcement and wished the new pastor well in his work at St. Anselm’s with the people of Fox Hill.
