CONGRATULATIONS TO PERCY VOLA FRANCIS

We send congratulations to Percy “Vola” Francis, the leader of the Saxon Superstars Junkanoo group.  Under his leadership as the Valley Boys fell apart over the issue of leadership, the group has now won four straight Junkanoo Parades.  This is historic and unprecedented.  Thank you Vola.
