DUANE SANDS FINDS HIS VOICE BUT IT’S CHOKING

They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.  Dr. Duane Sands has now found his voice to send out voice notes to the public.  This is something that the PLP Chair Fred Mitchell had been doing for this for almost seven years now.  The notes of Dr. Sands are empty and vacuous and smack of a man who is trying to remain relevant.  Poor thing.  He should stick to mending hearts.
