Last week, we heard the best yet from the FNM Chairman Carl Culmer.  In the face of a clear statement, no context required, that the Prime Minister intends to bring a bill to raise the salaries of Members of Parliament in the next budget year, Mr. Culmer said the Prime Minister was taken out of context.
