FORMER JAMAICAN PM PATTERSON ANSWERS CAMERON

David Cameron visited Jamaica and addressed the Parliament of Jamaica.  While there, ask he refused to apologize for slavery and rejected the notion of paying reparations for slavery. He told the Caribbean people, sale that they simply need to get over it.  Here is how P J Patterson, the former Prime Minister of Jamaica responded.  We support Mr. Patterson.  In his address to the United Nations on 1st October, Fred Mitchell, the Foreign Minister told the UN that The Bahamas supported the case for reparations.  He quoted Tony McKay’s song: “Pay me what you owe me… I come to collect everything that you owe me.”  You can click here for the full statement by Mr. Patterson:
