This strange man Sarkis Ismerlian just won’t learn.  He was in the courts again last week, saying that on behalf of the local creditors he wants to the company that he once controlled for the Bahamar development to be wound up in its entirety and liquidated rather than a receivership which presently obtains.  We wonder how an unsecured creditor is going to accomplish that over a secured creditor.  What a jackass.  But this was just meant to throw confusion into a process that is almost done in that a buyer is about to be chosen by the China Export Import Bank.
