JAMES CATALYN FUNERAL
The poet and playwright James Catalyn’s funeral took place on Thursday 23rd August at the Christ Church Cathedral. He left a raft of instructions of dos and don’ts, wanted no fuss. He was cremated immediately after his death and there was no eulogy or sermon in the mass. He also wanted no pictures in the church but that one got away.
