Julian Believe Again On New Year’s Day

Julian Believe, the entertainer, did a reprise of his performance on Boxing Day of “Going Down On Bay” for the Junkanoo crowd on New Year’s Day.  He headlined the performance of the Valley Boys, the group that won the New Year’s Day Parade.
