MalJack Keeps Getting Contracts From The FNM

At the start of the term the contract for Stephen Dillet School without a bid

And now at the Southern Recreation Grounds project last week:

The company Mal Jack had a reputation for not being able to finish contracts so much so that the company was on a “no bid” list at the Ministry of Works under the previous administration.  Now despite that, it looks like the company is the FNM’s favourite. What’s going on: first the Stephen Dillet School without a bid and now the Southern Recreation Gerund and each time it’s the Prime Minister Hubert Minnis in the picture. What gives people?
