NEW GOVERNOR GENERAL
The speculation is rife that there will be a new Governor General to replace Sir Cornelius Smith. Sir Cornelius has served since 28 June 2019. The Prime Minister Philip Davis said that an announcement would be made soon. It is expected to be Cynthia “ Mother ” Pratt, the former Deputy Prime Minister and who now serves as Deputy to the Governor General.
