BUDGET DAY: Prime Minister Philip Davis and his colleagues stand in Rawson Square as they made their way over to Parliament for the annual budget statement by the Minister of Finance.  The Prime Minister said that the budget will be balanced for the first time in an independent Bahamas and he expects a surplus at the end of the fiscal year.  Our photo of the week.
