PLP Delegation’s Fact Finding Mission On Medicinal Marijuana

A delegation of the Progressive Liberal Party headed by Party Leader Philip Brave Davis visited Kaya Inc at Ocho Rios in Jamaica to inspect the medical marijuana regime and the regulatory framework which governs the processing, farming and distribution of cannabis. The delegation included the Leader, Kevin Simmons of the Leadership Council, Balram Vasrami of Kaya and Senator Clay Sweeting who is the Opposition’s spokesman on Agriculture and Senator Fred Mitchell, Party Chair.
